What To Expect

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum commitment?
There is no minimum commitment for ad-hoc support. Ongoing support packages are agreed on a monthly basis and require one month’s notice to make changes or conclude the arrangement. Larger or longer-term packages can be discussed if needed.

Can I change packages later?
Yes. Support can be scaled up or down as your priorities evolve.

How do we communicate?
Communication is agreed upfront and tailored to your preference, typically via email, WhatsApp and scheduled check-ins.

Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. Ventura Assist is ICO registered, and discretion and confidentiality are central to every engagement.

What if I don’t use all my hours?
Unused hours can, within reason, be carried into the following month, with regular reviews to ensure support remains aligned with your needs.
