Where it all began …

Hi! My name is Kristina and I am an animal-loving Virtual Assistant living and working in Central London. Organisation and administration is my bread and butter, and a huge passion of mine. Even from childhood, I found comfort in finding solutions and organising- even going as far as putting the VHS tapes into alphabetical order.

I launched Ventura Assist in the summer of 2024, but it’s journey began long before. My love for organisation (and a little bit of chaos) lead me to managing a surf and adventure lodge in the south of Portugal. At the age of 17 I was dealing with broken bones and lost passports, all with a smile to ensure my guests were having the time of their lives.

Fast forward a decade and I have collected and built up many skills along the way. Unfortunately, life has a funny way of shaking things up, and after one secondment and one redundancy, I knew it was time for Ventura Assist to be launched. After my recent experiences, I realised that with the current economy and market, having an EA/PA is a luxury; and in tough times, tends to be the first position on the chopping block.
